Coach Bauer is a volunteer coach who has been volunteering her time to the game of soccer for over 20 years! Her philosophy for coaching players is "slow and steady" wins the race. She graduated from Louisiana University of Monroe and went on to achieve her Bachelors Degree in Nursing at George Mason University and has her her USSF D License, NCSAA National License, NSCAA Advance National License.
In 2005 Coach Bauer was honored as the VYSA 2005 Girl’s Coach of the Year, Region 1 2005 Girl’s Coach of the Year. 2004 High School National District Coach of the Year. Head Coach of Yorktown High School in Arlington Virginia ’04,’05,’06. District Champions ’04.’05,’06 and Regional Semi Finals in ’06. Coach Bauer was named 2009 Liberty Mutual Responsible Coach for the State of Virginia.
Coach Bauer is committed to helping her players reach their goal of playing at the college level.
